Fertility Diet - How Vegetable Effects Fertility In A Nutritional Perspective

Most men do not like vegetable, I did not like them myself, until I have become a health article writer a few year ago. After lengthy research of the infertility subject, I come across a question how we, the America, as a richest country in the world have become so infertile, comparing to other South East Asian countries. With our modern fertility medical technology and WITHOUT any structural problem, why so many couples in our country have been diagnosed with " the unexplained causes of infertility"?, while the traditional Chinese medicine can proudly proclaim " All women in their child bearing age are able to conceive sometimes, before menopause". Ironically, if you go through the diet "program" (they have eaten like this since the accient time). The traditional women in South East Asia eat more vegetable, rice, very little meat and they love fruit and nuts and seeds. In order for us to understand how can they be more fertile than us, let see how vegetable effects fertility.

In addition to their hormone balancing activities, phytoestrogen compounds provide many other health promoting benefits. Recent studies have documented that soy foods, which contain phytoestrogenic isoflavones, are antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antioxidant and antiinflammatory. They also provide immune system support, prevent platelet aggregation (blood clotting), prevent or ease menopausal symptoms and both prevent and treat osteoporosis.
3. Carbohydrate
4. Fiber
5. Anti- Acidic
6. Antioxidant
7. Mono unsaturated fat
